Italian Architect, graduated as “Summa Cum Laude” in Architecture at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and is known as a multi-awarded Italian architect and businessman with interest in sustainable development (energy and real estate). He is a member of the Compensation and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Dominguez, a 55-year-old Filipino, held various positions at The Linden Suites from 2004 to June 30, 2016. He is now the President and Owner’s Representative at The Linden Suites. He also serves as a director at Marco Polo Davao and PTFC Redevelopment Corporation since 2004 and 2009, respectively. He graduated from Xavier University, Ateneo de Cagayan in 1991 and earned his MBA from Boston College in 2001.

At 54, Ms. Base, a Filipino, has been the Corporate Secretary and Director of the Company for six years. Since April 10, 2007, she holds the same positions at Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. She is a Corporate and Tax Lawyer at Pacis and Reyes, Attorneys, and the Managing Director of Legisforum, Inc. She also serves as Corporate Secretary at Araneta Properties, Inc., Active Alliance Incorporated, Asiasec Equities, Inc., and Ever-Gotesco Resources and Holdings, Inc., and holds similar roles in various private corporations. Ms. Base began as an Auditor and later became a Tax Lawyer at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo De Manila University School of Law, passed the Bar Examination in 1997, and is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in accounting from De La Salle University.

At 82 years old, the Filipino individual is the founding and senior partner of the law firm D. A. Tejero & Amoranto Law Offices. He retired from San Miguel Corporation on December 31, 1990, after over 17 years as vice-president and associate general counsel. During his tenure, he led efforts in Industrial Relations, focusing on strategies for Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, communication initiatives, personnel training, labor productivity, and industrial harmony. He has also been a resource for seminars on Labor Relations and Technology Transfer organized by institutions like the U.P. Law Center and various companies. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in 1962, Bachelor of Laws in 1967 at the University of the Philippines, passed the Bar Examinations in 1967, and has been practicing law since then.

Joe, an 86-year-old Filipino, has over 14 years of high-level management experience in various companies, including the largest commercial bank in the country. He held senior positions in the bank and its savings bank, credit card, securities, and investment divisions. Joe was president of PICPA and the Bankers Institute of the Philippines in 1985 and 1986. In 1992, he was named the Most Outstanding CPA in Public Practice by PICPA. He received his accountancy degree from San Beda College, honored as one of the Outstanding Bedans of the Century in 2001. The college established the Jose G. Araullo Distinguished Professorial Chair in Auditing in recognition of his contributions to the accounting profession. Joe is Chairman of The Real Bank (A Thrift Bank), Inc., President of Fontana Resort and Country Club, Inc., and a Director at Philippine Savings Bank.

At 44, Filipino national Atty. Leviste earned his Law degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He was previously an Associate Attorney at Toda & Co. Commercial Lawyers. Currently, he serves as President at Constellation Energy Corporation and Asian Arc Philippines. Atty. Leviste oversees strategic decisions, property acquisitions, partnership agreements, and company expansion plans. He is also a Director at Pacific Rim Innovation and Management Exponents, Inc. and Ankar Pharma.
