Italpinas Development Corporation Announces Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer

Makati City, Philippines – [November 10] — Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), a publicly listed green real estate developer known for its sustainable and design-forward projects, is pleased to announce the appointment of Engr. Giuseppe Garofalo as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.

Engr. Garofalo has been a key member of IDC’s leadership team, serving as Chief Operating Officer for several years. In this role, he has been instrumental in overseeing project implementation, engineering management, and the operational growth of the Company’s real estate portfolio across emerging cities in the Philippines. His technical background as an engineer and his extensive experience in construction and operations management have been central to IDC’s record of delivering high-quality, environmentally responsive developments.

Prior to joining IDC, Engr. Garofalo held senior engineering and project management roles in his home country of Italy, where he developed strong expertise in sustainable construction and project delivery. His appointment as CEO reflects the Company’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and continuity in leadership.

Outgoing CEO Arch. Romolo V. Nati, IDC’s co-founder and visionary behind its award-winning architectural and environmental design philosophy, will remain as the corporation’s Chairman, and also focus on higher-level guidance of the company, including strategy, business development, and design ethos. In this capacity, Arch. Nati will focus on advancing IDC’s long-term strategic direction, identifying new growth opportunities, and continue guiding the Company’s architectural and design vision.
