Italpinas Development Corporation holds Grand Inauguration of Primavera City Phase II

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines — Italpinas Development Corporation officially celebrated the grand inauguration of Primavera City Phase II – Città Bella, marking another significant milestone in the company's commitment to delivering sustainable, design-driven developments in emerging Philippine cities.

Held at Primavera City in Pueblo de Oro Business Park on July 25, 2026, the inauguration was led by Founder and President Atty. Jose 'Jojo' D. Leviste III and Councilor Atty. Ed Cabanlas.

Designed by Founder, Arch. Romolo Nati, Città Bella incorporates the company's signature passive green architecture principles. The development features climate-responsive design elements such as naturally ventilated spaces, shaded façades, and energy-efficient building orientation that help reduce heat gain and lower energy consumption.
